As a Project Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising the Project Manager on project planning, costs, and performance
• Collaborating with the project team to establish the validated Baseline for scope, time, and costs, and defining a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with the Project Manager
• Determining the contractual deliverables (SCOPE) in collaboration with the project team
• Developing a schedule based on the WBS, understanding and aligning on what, where, and when tasks will be executed (TIME)
• Loading the WBS into the planning tool and assigning costs (COST)
• Preparing regular progress reports for both internal and external use
• Evaluating project performance, such as calculating Earned Value, creating scenario models, and conducting risk analysis
• Advising the project and contract team on realized or potential risks and reporting changes compared to the validated Baseline (scope, time, budget)
• Monitoring project planning and budgets, identifying risks, and considering and reporting mitigation and improvement proposals. Ability to accurately assess delays when necessary

Uw Profiel:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Finance
• Excellent command of English
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
