As a Business Manager Ecology/Water, your responsibilities include:

• Sales and Business Development
• Drive business development efforts within the marine environmental market
• Manage team workload and development, ensuring balance
• Develop and implement product strategy
• Provide technical expertise and coaching to team
• Bridge communication between teams for optimal operations
• Strong relationship building with stakeholders

Profile:

• Master Coastal, Marine, Geoscience or Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Marine and Lacustrine Science and Management, Dredging, Offshore, Hydraulic Engineering, ...
• People manager
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• You are willing to work on national and international projects
• Very good knowledge of Dutch or French and English
